Abigail McCall is an Partner and focuses her practice on matters involving trucking and motor vehicle litigation. Before joining the firm, Ms. McCall represented physicians and hospitals in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters, gaining valuable experience in early analysis of claims during the pre-suit phase of litigation.
Ms. McCall received her B.S. from the University of Florida in 2001 and earned her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando in 2011. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Ms. McCall worked for several years in marketing and business development in the news media and sports marketing industries. While in law school, she worked as a Legal Intern at the Orange County Legal Aid Society and as a law clerk at a prominent Orlando law firm, working on commercial litigation matters relating to contract disputes and business torts.
Ms. McCall is actively involved in the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where she serves on the Board of Governors for the Young Lawyers Section.
