Jason K. Gunther is the owner and principal of Gunther Legal, PLLC law firm and has been an attorney for over 25 years. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Gunther handles cases and claims dealing with automobile and trucking liability defense, business and commercial litigation, and construction law throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Gunther has tried numerous cases and handled many complex trucking liability matters, as well as multi-party construction cases and mediations. He has represented United Parcel Services, Inc. in trucking, automobile and premises liability matters since 2006, and has handled hundreds of claims and cases for them. Through his years of practice, Mr. Gunther has acquired significant litigation and trial experience in automobile liability, general liability, premises liability, construction, and wrongful death disputes. Mr. Gunther is often involved in representing clients in pre-suit matters and claims to develop an early analysis of the issues and disputes, and to develop and implement early resolution strategies and settlement agreements.

Prior to forming Gunther Legal, PLLC, Mr. Gunther was a partner with Gunther McIntosh, PLLC (f/k/a McIntosh Schwartz, PL.) and was a partner at Yoss, LLP (f/k/a Adorno & Yoss, LLP) for 7 years. Mr. Gunther began his career as an Assistant Public Defender – 17^th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida, where he tried numerous cases and held supervisory positions in felony divisions.
