Adam P. Baer is a Partner with Gunther Legal, PLLC in the Fort Lauderdale Office. Mr. Baer handles cases and claims dealing with business and commercial litigation, construction law, subrogation, and automobile and trucking liability defense throughout Florida in both state and federal courts. He represents individuals and companies in state and federal courts with breach of contract disputes, business disagreements, and various other claims. Mr. Baer was a prosecutor for over 9 years at the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County and handled major crimes including violent felonies. He has been in civil litigation for the prior 12 years.  He has tried over 100 trials in his legal career. He is an avid fan of technology, history, and fitness. Besides being an avid reader, he and his son Dylan spend hours on the weekend engaging in a game of chess, trivia, and watching documentaries.  

During Law School Mr. Baer had the honor of serving as a legal intern at the 3rd district court of appeals in Miami under the Honorable Rodolfo Sorondo Jr.  In his third year of law school, he worked pro bono to represent underserved woman and children in the Tallahassee area at the child advocacy center.  He is a proud Gator and Seminole, holding degrees at both Universities.
