Christy Nall-Cain is an Associate at Gunther Legal, PLLC. Mrs. Nall-Cain focuses her practice on construction defect litigation and automobile and commercial trucking defense. She represents clients throughout Florida in complex civil litigation matters and brings extensive experience in insurance defense and first-party property litigation. 

Prior to joining Gunther Legal, Mrs. Nall-Cain represented insurance carriers in a wide range of first-party property insurance disputes. Her experience includes coverage litigation, hurricane-related claims, water and plumbing loss claims, appraisal disputes, and other property insurance matters. 

Mrs. Nall-Cain earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021. During law school, she distinguished herself through her advocacy, academic achievement, and leadership. She was a member of both the Trial Team and Moot Court Team, competing in advocacy competitions throughout the United States and internationally. She won the Mark Dobson Trial Competition, was runner-up in the Feinrider Moot Court Competition, and represented Nova Southeastern University in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, one of the world’s most prestigious international moot court competitions.

In addition to her advocacy achievements, Mrs. Nall-Cain served as a Legal Research Assistant and as a Teaching Assistant during her second and third years of law school. She also served as the Bilingual Editor of the ILSA Law School Journal and received multiple Book Awards in recognition of her academic excellence. Demonstrating a commitment to leadership and service, she served as President of the Hispanic Student Bar Association, Toastmasters International, and the Immigration Law Society.

During law school, Mrs. Nall-Cain interned with the United States Coast Guard Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Miami, where she gained experience working on a variety of legal matters involving military and federal law. She also interned with the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, further developing her understanding of judicial procedures and courtroom practice. Following graduation, Mrs. Nall-Cain pursued advanced studies in international law at the University of Barcelona, further expanding her understanding of global legal systems and cross-cultural legal issues. 

Mrs. Nall-Cain is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. She has authored legal publications on international and courtroom related issues and has dedicated significant time to community service through her volunteer work with the Florida Immigrant Coalition.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Mrs. Nall-Cain is fluent in both English and Spanish.
