Greg Lahey, a partner at Gunther Legal, PLLC in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Lahey is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years in insurance and civil litigation practice. He has built a reputation for delivering effective, result-driven and cost-effective legal solutions. Mr. Lahey represents clients in pre-suit and litigation spanning premises liability, automobile, construction defect and other general liability insurance matters. His focus is on exploring avenues of early resolution and collaboration to achieve desired results often through strategic motion practice, mediation and settlements. Mr. Lahey’s career underscores a commitment to adaptability across practice areas, and a proactive approach to resolving complex disputes.
Mr. Lahey graduated from Western University, London, Canada, in 1988 with a B.A. in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, School of Law, Miami, Florida, in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Lahey clerked for a U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge, and he was a Certified Legal Intern for the U.S Attorney’s Office in Miami.
Mr. Lahey was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada. In his spare time. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis, pickleball, golf and supporting his Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins.
