Jared Bees is an Associate Attorney at Gunther Legal, PLLC’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Bees has litigation experience representing contractors, design professionals, real estate developers, product manufacturers, and individuals in construction-related matters. Mr. Bees has litigated complex multiple party construction defect claims, delay claims, contract disputes, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Bees received his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He attended law school at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. While completing his J.D., Mr. Bees also pursued a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University’s College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
With his experience and education Mr. Bees is well suited to represent professionals in the real estate development and construction industry.
