Jason C. Hall is a Partner at Gunther Legal, PLLC’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Hall currently practices construction litigation and defect claims.
After graduating from law school Mr. Hall worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of General Counsel in enforcement litigation involving underground and aboveground storage tanks compliance, petroleum contamination cleanup, used oil, potable water, dredge/fill, hazardous waste, and solid waste. Mr. Hall later worked as a business development manager for an environmental services company involving petroleum contamination cleanup projects and gas station/convenience store compliance management to build new and existing client relationships. Mr. Hall also has experience in the areas of insurance defense litigation, including personal injury protection, Florida workers’ compensation, general liability, premises liability, and construction defect claims. Through these experiences Mr. Hall has worked with businesses of varied sizes and industries, professional employer organizations, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
When not working Mr. Hall enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, live music, photography/film, experiencing new food and beer/wine, traveling, and watching sports.
