John Lindner is an Associate at Gunther Legal, PLLC in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Lindner’s work focuses on discovery and pretrial litigation support, working with fellow attorneys in complex commercial and construction litigation matters through document review and analysis, factual investigation, and the preparation and evaluation of written discovery.
Prior to joining Gunther Legal, PLLC, Mr. Lindner was a Certified Legal Intern with the Disability Independence Advocacy Law (DIAL) Clinic at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. In that role, he conducted client interviews, performed legal research, drafted motions and demand letters, prepared clients for depositions, and participated in negotiations involving employment, housing, discrimination, and probate-related matters. He also gained experience advocating on behalf of clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Mr. Lindner earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Lindner spent several years in business management, where he developed extensive experience in client relations, strategic planning, contract negotiation, and operational leadership. This background provides him with a practical understanding of the challenges organizations face when navigating legal disputes.
