Kevin Denyer is an Associate Attorney at the Gunther Legal, PLLC Fort Lauderdale Office. Mr. Denyer represents clients in pre-suit and litigation matters including general liability, construction defect litigation and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Gunther Legal, Mr. Denyer’s experience has been in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of accounting and legal malpractice, medical malpractice, personal injury, contract matters, premises liability and probate cases. He has second – chaired both a premises liability and a medical malpractice trial where he secured a defense verdict and gained experience in cross – examination of expert and fact witnesses.
Mr. Denyer earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law where he was a member of the Hispanic Student Bar Association. He also holds a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University.
Born in Colombia and raised in Miami, Mr. Denyer is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle.
