Maria Gerasikova is a Partner with Gunther Legal, PLLC, in the Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Gerasikova represents clients in civil litigation matters, with experience handling trucking cases, catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death matters, and other personal injury litigation.
Ms. Gerasikova brings a balanced perspective to her practice, having worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation. This experience allows her to evaluate claims from multiple angles, anticipate opposing strategies, and develop practical, results-oriented approaches for clients at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Gerasikova earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2020. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Fluent in English, Russian, Spanish, and written French, Ms. Gerasikova can communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, witnesses, and professionals.
