Melissa Soriano is a partner at Gunther Legal, PLLC law firm and focuses her practice on matters involving construction litigation. Ms. Soriano is an experienced attorney with a background in insurance and personal injury defense. Her practice expands to include complex issues involving business and commercial litigation, state taxation, landlord/tenant, and consumer finance issues. Ms. Soriano received her B.S. and M.S. from Florida International University in 1995 and 2002. Ms. Soriano went on to earn her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2005 and an L.L.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017.
