Roland E. Schwartz is a partner at Gunther Legal, PLLC and has been an attorney for 20 years. He is experienced in handling business, commercial, construction, insurance, banking/finance, as well as other contract and tort related disputes. Mr. Schwartz has represented insurance, banking, and other companies and individuals in state/federal trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining Gunther Legal, PLLC, Mr. Schwartz was a shareholder with a large Florida firm for many years, where he handled multiple complex commercial litigation and insurance matters and took a leading role in representing a national banking institution. Mr. Schwartz is published in state and federal court rulings and opinions and has presented multiple CLE courses on various issues.
